"I had a very disappointing experience with this auto insurance company. They refuse to offer short-term policies (1, 3, or 6 months), which feels like a way to rip off customers by forcing them into long-term commitments. On top of that, the customer service is terrible. The agents are extremely rude and unprofessional—they don’t answer calls, and when they do, they’re not helpful at all. I’m not sure how they run their business with such poor service. I would not recommend this company to anyone."
